2019 Cal-25 Nationals — Crew Declaration Form

Per the Notice Of Race – Paragraph: Rules 1.1    Notice of Race
Crew Restrictions. [DP] In addition to the restriction in the Cal-25 Nationals Rules, the crew for each race day shall be named on the Crew Declaration Form prior to the close of registration. The crew named must be carried on that race day except in the event of illness or other unforeseen circumstance, in which case the protest committee’s written approval of a substitution must be obtained prior to the first race of the day in which the substitute is to compete.
